This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
