Welcome to Talesoul. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talesoul platform, including the website, chatbot (“AI chatbot”), content, mentor services, and all related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Talesoul is a digital platform that enables users to:

• Share thoughts, emotions, and experiences
• Access AI-driven emotional insights through SU
• Connect with independent mentors
• Explore mental wellness content and tools

Talesoul is a technology platform and not a healthcare provider.

By:

• Creating an account
• Accessing or using any part of the Platform
• Booking or attending sessions
• Interacting with SU

you enter into a legally binding agreement with Talesoul under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform independently
• Users below 18 may use the Platform only with verified parental/guardian consent
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information

Talesoul reserves the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading details.

Talesoul provides:

• Emotional support tools
• Non-clinical mentoring sessions
• AI-based preliminary emotional insights
• Online consultation with Users based in India or outside India, with expert Psychological Wellness Professionals
• Guide chat packs where in clients may be able to exchange encrypted private messages with their Psychological Wellness Professional in addition to online consultation.

Talesoul does NOT provide:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Psychiatric or psychological therapy
• Crisis or emergency intervention services

If you are experiencing severe distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health emergency, you must immediately contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

• SU is an AI-based tool providing automated responses
• It does not constitute professional advice
• Outputs are indicative and non-binding
• Recommendations are suggestive only

AI Interaction & Data Usage Disclosure

• We use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools, including our chatbot, to enhance your experience on our platform.
• By interacting with our AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • Collection of Interaction Data
    We may collect and process information you provide during your interactions with our AI systems, including messages, responses, and usage patterns.
  • Purpose of Data Usage
    This data is used to:
• Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI systems
• Personalize user experience
• Monitor and ensure platform safety and reliability
  • No Sensitive Data Requirement
    You are advised not to share highly sensitive personal information (such as financial details, passwords, or medical records) during AI interactions.
  • Human Oversight
    Certain interactions may be reviewed by our team to improve service quality, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations.
  • AI Limitations
    Our AI tools are not a substitute for professional advice (including medical, psychological, or legal advice). Any insights or suggestions provided are for informational purposes only.
  • Consent
    By continuing to use our AI features, you provide your consent for the collection and use of your interaction data as described above, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly
• Not upload or share harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not attempt to disrupt or misuse the Platform

You are solely responsible for:

• Your interactions with mentors
• Any content you submit
• Decisions taken based on Platform insights

• Mentors are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Talesoul
• Talesoul acts as an intermediary platform under applicable law
• We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or satisfaction

Talesoul is not responsible for:

• Advice given by mentors
• Conduct of mentors during sessions
• Any disputes arising between users and mentors

Users agree to resolve disputes directly with the mentor.

• Certain services are paid, including sessions and subscriptions
• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated

Talesoul reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time
• Introduce new paid features

Missed or cancelled sessions may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

• All Platform content, branding, design, and technology are owned by Talesoul
• Users retain ownership of content they submit

By posting content, you grant Talesoul a:

• Non-exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty-free license

to use, display, and process such content for Platform operations and improvement.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

By using the Platform, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your data
• AI-based analysis of your inputs
• Use of anonymized data for product improvement

You shall not post or share:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Explicit, obscene, or illegal material
• False, deceptive, or misleading information

Talesoul reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Report violations to authorities where required

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access
• Continuous availability of features

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:

Talesoul shall not be liable for:

• Emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes
• Actions or advice of mentors
• Reliance on AI-generated insights
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talesoul, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in harmful or unlawful conduct

You may discontinue use at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Cuttak, Odisha.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made on the Talesoul platform (“Platform”) and must be read together with our Terms of Service.

By purchasing any service on Talesoul, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies to:

• Mentor sessions
• Subscriptions
• Any paid services offered on the Platform

• All payments made on Talesoul are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy.
• Refunds are provided only in limited and specific circumstances outlined below.

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

a. Technical Failure

If:

• A session could not be conducted due to platform-related technical issues, or
• Payment was deducted but booking was not confirmed

You may be eligible for:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling of the session

b. Mentor No-Show

If:

• The mentor fails to attend the scheduled session

You may choose:

• A full refund, or
• A rescheduled session at no additional cost

c. Duplicate Payment

If:

• You were charged more than once for the same booking

You will receive:

• A full refund of the duplicate amount

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Missed sessions due to user absence
• Late cancellations (as defined below)
• Dissatisfaction with mentor advice or outcomes
• Decisions made based on AI chatbot insights
• Change of mind after booking
• Partial usage of subscription or services

User-Initiated Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for:
  • Rescheduling, or
  • Refund (at Talesoul’s discretion)
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:
  • No refund will be provided

Mentor-Initiated Cancellation

If a mentor cancels:

• You will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • Option to reschedule with the same or another mentor

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated
• No refunds for:
  • Unused time
  • Partial billing cycles
• You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle

To request a refund, you must:

• Contact us at: support@talesoul.com
• Provide:
  • Registered email ID
  • Transaction details
  • Reason for refund request

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Timelines may vary depending on:

• Payment gateway
• Banking partner

• Talesoul acts as a technology intermediary platform connecting users with independent mentors
• We do not guarantee outcomes or satisfaction from any session
• Refund decisions are made at Talesoul’s sole discretion, in line with this Policy

Talesoul reserves the right to:

• Reject refund requests in case of suspected misuse or abuse
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent claims

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including principles under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Cuttak, Odisha.
